COVID-19 INFORMATION

We are OPEN. There will be a change in days we post out (Normal service we post every working day) COVID 19 postal days will not be everyday it will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. However if you order after 3pm the day before the next postal day its will be posted the following postal day. We will still be posting out 2nd Class U.K please beware that postal services are normally slow this time of year due to the festive season, however with COVID we will notice this will take a little longer than normal. Overseas customers i will be sending out Tracked and can take between 10 to 20 working days at this time of the year.

INTERNATIONAL AND CHANNEL ISLANDS CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ (NOT FROM THE U.K)

Due to the Royal Mail putting up the prices of postage we are having to ask the International customers to make a note on what you want (as in physical Stock NOT DIGITAL DOWNLOADS) and then either email use at hellorjafmakes@gmail.com or over social private messaging, with your shopping list. We will then sort out an invoice with the correct postage for you.

We will be doing this until we learn the new prices and then once we have fingered out a general price point we wont need you to message us.
