Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I currently use Royal Mail to ship your order.

Mainland UK Postage Rates

Standard 2nd class Fixed Rate of £3.95

If wanting 1st class please message us at Hellorjafmakes@gmail.com and request your postage to be upgraded (there will be an additional charge on top for this for the upgrade of the postage)

Overseas (We go by weight and what is today’s Royal Mail prices)

Shipping of Pre-orders and Custom Orders

Pre-orders can take between 4 to 6 weeks before they are shipped out.

Custom Orders can take up to 8 weeks before they are shipped out.
