Ukraine Pre order panels

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION BEFORE ORDERING

Many of you know Ukraine is going through some worrying times. There are people fleeing for their life's away from the horrible war they are going through. We as company have raised money for 2 charities in the past and raised a small amount for the wildlife trust in Australia (when the bush fires happened 2 years back) and the 2nd charity was the UK NHS trust when the pandemic started. We at R.j.A.f.MAKES want to help the refugees of Ukraine, these poor people are having to re-build their life's over again, personally i wouldn't know where to start myself if we were going through the same, i would also like to think other companies and people would help us out too. So lets raise some money.

Now the way we raised money last time was to set up a pre order of 100% digital printed Cotton quilters weight (156gsm weight) fabric panels. We open up the pre order for 1 week ONLY, then when the pre order closes we then get the panels ordered and printed. Then when they are printed and sent to us we then cut them up into your orders and send them out to you the customers. Now with this company we use (for the fabric printing) this can take around a 3 week process (to be printed and sent to us) But sometimes can be earlier than 3 weeks. So, a rule of thumb we say after the pre order has closed we say add 4 weeks turn around for you as UK customers to kind of receive them (however please keep checking the social media pages for any updates) however overseas this will be longer due to your postal service.

The way the money is divided up. So once we have collected all the orders we hold back the postage for obviously reasons for posting out to you the customer (if we find out we have over charged on your postage we will refund the ex amount that you have paid over, but this wont happen until we know how much your parcel weighs and that time is when we come to posting it out to you the customer)

Then we order the fabric (the panels) with the money we have taken in your orders. Then what is left the profit is what we donated. Once we have worked out everything we announce the final figure. Now in the past i try and pay with paypal for safety reasons as a business and have found with the amounts we have donated sometimes there is a fee, so that will come out of the profit money to. Then the rest of the money is the charities (we take screen shoots of the payment and post this within the Facebook pattern support group as a photo so you as a customer can see that donation being made once we have posted all the panels out and no we don't have any problems with the panels). The last two charities we made a donation of just over £900 and £600 i feel we can try and get close these figures again.

Becky has tried to please everyone after the Facebook feed back so please read each listing to pick the ones you like to pre order the sizes of each panel is in cm and inches.

UK customers everything is posted 2nd class and please just add which panel or panels you like to your cart and checkout (payment is taken 1st before panels are ordered and printed)

Overseas customers as we will need to do a private invoice for your order, as all postage need to we worked out for your country. So write down which panels you want to order and then message us either on social media or email use at hellorjafmakes@gmail.com with your list and your email address for the invoice to be sent to, If payment isn't paid within the close pre order end date your panels will not be orders and your invoice will be nil and voided.

Please note the listings below have drop down menus, which you select which design you want for that size panel. For example select the heart flag without words, for the panel (of that size) to have a heart on with the Ukrainian flag but there wont be any words added to you panel

NOTE IF YOUR ORDERING MORE ITEMS FROM THE SHOP THESE ITEMS WILL ONLY BE DE-PATCHED WHEN YOUR PANEL IS READY TO BE DE- PATCHED TO YOU THE CUSTOMER. IF YOUR WANTING THE ITEMS SENT BEFOREHAND EMAIL US AND  WILL INVOICE A 2ND POSTAGE CHARGE INVOICE.
